This bright and beautiful classic cottage-style home designed by David Charlez Designs in collaboration with Bria Hammel Interiors is located on a woodland property in North Oaks, Minnesota. Highlights of this extraordinary project include a charming breakfast nook, a neutral color palette, and a herringbone brick mud room.
Throughout this home, the designers opted for a palette of calming neutrals. The inviting living room displays a traditional style with a bright and airy feel thanks to large windows.

The design team took a lot of inspiration from historic homes, especially cottage-style homes, so they wanted to incorporate a few architectural details they loved for this project. The rounded arches are just one – something you don't usually see in new construction homes but add much character.
