  • Three pieces of dates cut into small pieces;
  • One tbsp honey
  • One tsp chia seeds (if you don't have basil, you can use basil)

How to make and use:

  1. Boil water and ginger until boiling;
  2. Turn off the stove, then mix all the ingredients except honey;
  3. Once warm, mix in the honey;
  4. Chewable seaweed.
